Following the outline of the book, The “I Choose…” Framework, each member of your Group/Team works from a single sheet of paper to create a comprehensive template in enrolling the “I Choose…” Toolkit. Once we flip the page, the magic begins with focus on choosing to be a Healthy Human, choosing their Professional Identity, and driving action through “What’s Next?!”

Beginning with a blank sheet of paper, your Group/Team Workshop kicks off with what it means to utilize the most powerful phrase in your arsenal of words, “I Choose…”
From there, we map out and dive deep into the three tools of the “I Choose…’ Toolkit., including Your ‘I,’ the Sphere of Identity, and your Triangle of Self-Awareness. We examine critical choices such as , “I Choose this Body & Mind,” and “I Choose to be a Healthy Human.”
Once solidified, we flip the page! Reviewing how we heal old wounds and honor our past scars, we take a quadrant by quadrant focus on key aspects of our lives and how we grow and develop them by driving behaviors and actions.
With takeaways that include an easily replicable practical one-sheet template, as well as a supporting copy of The “I Choose…” Framework,” you and your Group/Team Members will be extremely pleased with this highly enjoyable and productive Workshop.

120mins - $5000 minimum + $200/per Participant

120 mins: - $6000 first 11, plus $300/per Participant additional up to 30 (max 30 negotiable, depending on environment)
