  • What do we do with this magical body and mind?

This keynote brings some fun and energy to what choices are next in the lives of your graduates. We first discuss what it means for your audience to wield the phrase, “I Choose…” when making choices around being a Healthy Human.  The three tools of the “I Choose…” Toolkit are presented and embraced, including simple body movements for your audience (think Village People - Y-M-C-A!) From there we focus on honing their Sphere of Identity to include a potentially new Professional Identity using their recently acquired education.  And finally, we chat about choosing “What’s Next?!” in determining what they want to do with their lives.  Their payoff is Think Big and CHOOSE to make it happen!

40 min version (High School age and above recommended) includes examining WEALTHY as an acronym for looking beyond just money as a success driver, but instead choosing the well-rounded elements that build a whole, complete, fulfilled life!
